(1) The Commission shall upgrade technical programs in health education below the certificate level operated under the Council on the following basis:- Addition by the first amendment. (a) Institutions that have been in continuous operation for the past two financial years, but have not operated the program for at least two years with the approval of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council, or whose approval of the operation of the institution has been suspended or canceled in accordance with the prevailing law, will not be upgraded.
(b) the organization wishing to upgrade has met the minimum standards required for conducting the certificate level program prescribed by the Council,
(c) Two or more organizations operating as per Clause (a) have merged (merged) in accordance with prevailing laws.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), technical programs related to health education below the certificate level conducted under the council will be removed.
